Cozy & Comfortable

It is a Argosy trailer so it can feel a bit snug. But the new renovations and natural lighting brighten the place up, making it more spacious and comfortable.

Have a camping experience with all the conveniences: A/C or heat, fridge and freezer, hot and cold water, shower and toilet, wifi and cable. This is a perfect solution for everyone from small families to semi-outdoorsy people or others who think the price is just right!

Outside the airstream you will find a charcoal grill, outside furniture, and table.

Coffee Area

River Access
I have two other Vintage trailers nearby who also have access to the entrance to the Guadalupe river. My other guests also have access to the fire pit that is below, so it is a shared space. You will still have your own personal spot, outside area, & parking spot. Just be wary of the guests around you.

Liability Form
I require every guest to sign a Liability Form to come and stay at my Vintage Airstream. My landlord requires all guests that stay on her property to sign it.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed, but please keep pets off of furniture and beds. Bring your own pet beds and towels; do not use our blankets and bath towels for pets. Pets are not allowed to roam free while outdoors since the yard is not enclosed. It would be expected that you would clean up after your pet outside. The pet fee is $20 per pet and we ask that you leave cash upon checkout or contact me to send payment.

Linens & Towels
Clean, fresh bed linens are always provided. Queen beds will be made, but bunks will have linens neatly placed and waiting to be made by guests, as needed. We will also provide bath towels but these are not for use at the river. Please plan to bring your own beach towels for after your outdoor water activities

Ice & Water
This house has a country water well. Some guests have mentioned not liking the taste of the tap water so we mention this as a suggestion to bring your own drinking water. There are no ice-makers in the home so make a plan for any necessary ice, as well.

Paper Products
We provide a standard and reasonable amount of toilet paper and paper towels at the start of your stay. Depending on your group size or length of stay, plan ahead for additional paper products that your group may need.

Televisions
A TV is provided in the living room. It is equipped with Roku to access cable and you are welcome to sign into your own streaming accounts.

Grill
A charcoal grill is provided, but you must bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid, and matches. (County burn bans do not apply to outdoor grilling)

Fire Pit
You will have to provide your own firewood for the fire pit. You are welcome to forage for dead wood on the property. Campfires are NOT allowed during a county burn ban. Please check the status of the burn ban at the Comal County Fire Marshal website.

Dumpster
A dumpster is located at the end of the driveway near the road. Guest are expected to remove all trash from the house before departure.

Noise
There is potential for noise from the campground next door. Sometimes there are weekend events and concerts.

Large Groups
I have other rentals available down the road. If your group needs more space, please send an inquiry.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING
We are in a rural area, with lots of trees. We periodically spray the perimeter of the home with strong insecticide, but insects will still manage to find their way inside from time to time. This is normal for a home at this location.

Pictures may show past decor and furniture; including exterior sitting areas. When things go missing, or are broken, we do our best to replace them with similar items. Sometimes we wait for seasonal updates.

Private & Serene

You have your own shared private river access to the Guadalupe River. It is only shared with two other Vintage Trailers that I also rent out. If you have a big party or would like to invite more friends, you can check to see if their listings are open though the front page under:
